Ruffles Rosettes is winding down due to retirement. Last orders must be placed by 31 January - no further orders will be taken after this date.
Ordering your rosettes
We have no minimum order quantity and carry a wide range of coloured ribbons and centre discs in stock, allowing us to offer a flexible personalised service.
All our rosettes are handmade to order, so please order as early as possible for your event. Please state clearly the date by which your order is required, and allow a minimum of 28 days for your order to be completed. Orders placed more than two months in advance will receive a 10% early order discount.
To place an order, please print out and complete the order form, then post or email a scanned copy to the address below. If you have any queries, please do get in touch.
Accounts will be invoiced directly to the person or organisation placing the order unless we are instructed otherwise.
Payment shall be made within twenty-eight days of receipt of invoice in sterling, by cheque to be drawn on a UK bank, or by Bank Transfer.
Overdue accounts may incur administration charges. These and any other costs incurred by Ruffles Rosettes in the collection of debts, shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Ruffles Rosettes will ensure that your order is suitably packed and despatched in reasonable time to reach you in good condition by the date required but cannot accept responsibility for any losses or inconvenience caused to the customer by goods lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
Orders should be checked upon receipt, as any shortages or faulty goods must be advised within three days of receipt of order.
For bespoke products, refund or replacement will be offered in the case of faulty goods only.
Ruffles Rosettes reserves the right to substitute appropriate alternatives should the need arise.
